Description

「大音希聲：社區聽力評估及支援計劃」義工招募「大音希聲：社區聽力評估及支援計劃」為義工及長者提供配對，推動長者關注聽覺的重要性，並協助長者參與計劃，義工可從中認識長者特性和瞭解聽力相關的狀況。服務範圍 : 義工需要提供定期跟進服務, 協助中心瞭解長者配帶助聽器狀況, 以便提供調整服務, 義工將於未來一年負責跟進8位跟進長者, 每月需對每位長者進行一次至少一小時的探訪(每月共8小時) 成為義工條件 : 年滿18歲或以上、願意參加義工培訓, 遞交申請後, 負責職員會兩星期內聯繫申請人並約時間面試 (形式:面見/Zoom), 義工必須出席其中一節簡介會參與「大音希聲義工隊」的服務時數(包括簡介會及培訓)均可計入義工服務時數，義工時數將每月進行結算
